Business Checking
Available for corporations, unincorporated organizations (clubs, associations etc.), partnerships, individuals doing business under an assumed name (DBA), and sole proprietors.
- Minimum opening deposit: $100.00 is required to open this account.
- Service Charges: A monthly maintenance charge of $5.00 per month and $0.15 per check or debit item. No fees for deposit items. These fees are waived for the first account of a non-profit organization.
- Earnings Credit: An earnings credit of $0.20 per $100.00 average balance for the statement cycle will be applied to offset the monthly service fee. Earnings credit is limited to the total maintenance charge on the monthly statement.
- Returned Items: A returned deposit item fee of $5.00 will be charged for each check returned as unpaid.
- Checking statements are issued on the last day of each month. A photo copy of each check in numerical order is included.
- One complimentary zippered deposit bag is included with a Business or Business SuperNow account.
- A wide variety of business checks are available in both manual and computer form. Our staff will assist you in selecting the proper check system for your business needs.

- Service Charges: A monthly maintenance charge of $5.00 per month and $0.15 per check or debit item. No fees for deposit items.
- Earnings Credit: An earnings credit of $0.20 per $100.00 average balance for the statement cycle will be applied to offset the monthly service fee. Earnings credit is limited to the total service fee charges on the monthly statement.
- Fees: A monthly service fee of $10.00 will be imposed if the average daily balance for the statement cycle falls below $500.00.
- Returned Items: A returned deposit item fee of $5.00 will be charged for each check returned as unpaid.
- Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly based on the following tiers:
Interest Structure:
Tier 1 $750 to $14,999
Tier 2 $15,000 to $74,999
Tier 3 $75,000 to $149,999
Tier 4 $150,000 and above.

- Minimum opening deposit of $500.00 is required. Maturity terms range from 91 days to 5 years.
- Additional deposits are not accepted during the term. The certificate may be increased at the time of maturity or renewal.
- Interest rates are determined by UNION BANK. Your certificate will renew for the same term, at the interest rate in effect at the time of maturity, if you do not redeem it.
- Interest earned may be added back to the certificate, paid by check, or deposited in a checking or savings account.
- There is a 10day grace period after the maturity date in which withdrawals or deposits can be made. Withdrawals made after the 10th day will be assessed a penalty.

- Minimum opening deposit of $100.00
- Fee of $1.00 assessed if average balance for the cycle falls below $100.
- Six preauthorized transfers per statement cycle
- Interest is compounded quarterly
- Quarterly statement provided (monthly statement provided if any electronic transfers occur)
