First, let’s sit down and talk. We want to learn about your operation so that we can best fit our products to your needs. We’ll also want to match prices and terms with your marketing plans. Second, we’ll need to collect some information to review:
- Current balance sheet and detailed debt schedule
- Income tax returns for the past three years
- Cash flow statements
- Itemized equipment list
If you’ll be applying for a business or ag loan as an individual, or you are a principal of the company. We will need a recent copy of your personal financial statement. If you do not already have one prepared, here is a template to get you started.
Articles of incorporation or partnership may also be required as well as personal financial statements of shareholders or partners.
After understanding your operation and reviewing financials, your loan request will be reviewed for initial approval. If we need additional information, we will contact you immediately. Every loan is unique and some require more underwriting than others so there is no specific timeframe, however, your loan officer will remain in contact throughout the process. Our goal is to make this a positive experience and at the same time provide you with the funding you need to make your business a success.
