Union Bank Announces Leslie Gower as New Government and Institutional Banker
Grand Rapids, Michigan – July 18, 2022 – Tim Doyle, Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer of Union Bank has announced the addition of Leslie Gower, Vice President, Director of Government and Institutional Banking. In her new role, Gower will focus on strategic initiatives to successfully drive new business with product roadmap development, market research and data analysis to help support local municipalities and non-profit organizations and build the Banks’ brand throughout West and Central Michigan.
Gower joins the organization with 27 years in the financial industry, 22 of which were dedicated to Treasury Management ranging from customer support, implementation, analysis and sales. Gower combines strong analytical and organizational proficiency with excellent leadership and communication skills to elevate strategic initiatives. As a longtime resident of West Michigan, she has a true understanding for the needs of Michigan businesses, non-profit organizations and municipalities as well as the communities they serve.
