Grand Rapids Facade Improvement Loan Program

In partnership with the City of Grand Rapids Corridor Improvement Authorities

Union Bank is proud to support the Grand Rapids Façade Improvement Program, a key initiative to enhance and revitalize commercial corridors throughout the City. The program provides financial reimbursement for eligible exterior upgrades, helping businesses strengthen their presence and attract customers.

The six Corridor Improvement Authorities (CIAs) — Southtown, West Side, North Quarter, Michigan Street, South Division–Grandville, and Uptown — each manage reimbursement programs with requirements tailored to their district.
