Union Bank Appoints Peter Rossi as Information Security Officer

Grand Rapids, Michigan – August 10, 2026 – Union Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Rossi, Vice President, Director of Information Technology (IT), as the Bank's Information Security Officer (ISO).

Rossi joined Union Bank in August 2021 with more than four years of IT experience in the financial industry. He was promoted to Vice President, Director of Information Technology in 2024. In his current role, he oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of the Bank's IT department, leading technology initiatives that support the organization's business objectives and operational goals.

In his role as Information Security Officer, Rossi will oversee the Bank's information security program and continue leading efforts to protect customer information and manage cybersecurity risk. This appointment recognizes his leadership, technology expertise and the strong partnerships he has built across the organization while supporting the Bank's ongoing operational and strategic goals in service to its customers and communities.
