UBMich TM Conversion
Union Bank is committed to providing competitive solutions and exceptional service. In an effort to improve and expand business banking products and services offered, the Bank is proud to announce the upgrade of our Cash Management platform to a best-in-class Treasury Management business banking digital platform - UBMich Treasury Management (UBMich TM). This enhanced digital platform offers a full suite of cash flow solutions to business clients including tools to help streamline payments and collections processes, automate routine tasks and manage risk. Save time and money by easily accessing UBMich TM via your PC or mobile device. The conversion will begin after the nightly processing completes on Friday, August 18th through Monday, August 21st.
Please note:
- Digital Banking Suite, Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture will not be available between 6:00 PM on Friday, August 18th and 9:00 AM on Monday, August 21st.
- Any ACH files posted after 12:00 PM on Friday, August 18th will not be cleared until after 12:00 PM on Monday, August 21st.
- All wires must be submitted before 12:00 PM on Friday, August 18th.
The new platform will require your business’s Company ID# and login ID during first-time login. As an extra layer of security, you should have received your Company ID# via mail. If you have not yet received your letter by Tuesday, August 8th please contact us using the contact information below. If your login ID has changed due to new platform standards, your login ID will be communicated with you in a separate communication prior to launch.
Union Bank has invested a great deal of time into planning, testing and verifying the conversion data in an effort to make the transition go as smoothly as possible. We are committed to keeping you informed as we move closer to the conversion date.
