Union Bank Sells Former Corporate Office Facility

Grand Rapids, Michigan – September 14, 2022 – In transition to the Banks’ new corporate office in Grand Rapids, on Monday, August 22, 2022 Union Bank sold the former corporate office facility at 933 Fourth Avenue in Lake Odessa, MI to RecLending. The Bank will lease the building from the new owners until December 2023 providing time to complete the transition and relocation of all team members that currently remain at the Fourth Avenue address.   While the growing financial institution has relocated its’ corporate office, this transition will have little to no effect on the Banks’ other locations.

Union Financial Corporation Announces Completion of $6 Million Subordinated Notes Offering

Lake Odessa, Michigan – December 17, 2021 – Cortney Collison, Union Bank President and Chief Executive Officer, announced today that Union Financial Corporation (the “Company”), the parent company of Union Bank (the “Bank”), has closed a private placement of $6.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its 3.50% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.

Union Bank Board Chairman Steps Down, Announcement of New Board Chairman and Vice Chairman
